Ordering Information
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery is normally within 10 days of receipt of order, although please allow up to 21 days. We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products but from time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.
Order Confirmation
When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an email with your order details.
Postage and Packing
Normal mainland UK delivery is free of charge. For orders from outside the UK, postage will be charged at £4.50 for orders within the EU and £9 for rest of world.
Your order will be despatched speedily by the Post Office. If ordering from outside the UK, the charge will be added to your Order Total before you submit your credit card number.
"No Quibble" Guarantee and Return
If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with any purchase, please ensure that it is returned to us within 14 days, unworn and with labels attached. Please complete the refunds and exchanges form on the back of the Despatch Note supplied with your delivery. We will then send you a replacement or refund your card. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card that the goods were bought with.
Please note that the carriage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Remittance Terms
Online orders can be paid by credit or debit card. Alternatively print off your order and send it to us along with a sterling cheque or money order made payable to Butter Thieves. N.B. Goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared.
Privacy Policy
We may from time to time send you information on other Butter Thieves products and promotions. We will never pass your information on to third parties. If you do not wish to receive Butter Thieves information please contact us.
